BuyBack Policy
SoundMarkt.com offers a 5 years BuyBack period for all sales, either online or from our showroom.
The BuyBack program consists in the option of returning the product prior purchased from us and get in exchange another product from our inventory.
The BuyBack option is available 5 years from the date of purchase and is being renewed if a client decide to use this option from the contract.
The only limitation of the BuyBack program is that the product which is being returned can't be more expensive than the new product the customer wants to choose from our inventory.
Our company will not pay cash if the unit returned is more expensive then the one which the customer wants. The price difference will be deleted in this case and the customer will receive only the new unit.
